Overview

As a logistics or stock staff, you can manage HMSA stock here, all the VIN are here so that you can deal with all the VINs here.

State Description

For vehicle, it will have 3 state:

The status of the vehicle in the client's inventory. ( HMSA , Dealer )

The status of the vehicle under the sales state.

The status of the vehicle for the whole life cycle.

0	In production	Coming Soon...
1	On the sea
2	Available in warehouse of HMSA
3	Vehicle is locked
4	In warehouse of dealer
5	Retailed
6	Not for sale in warehouse of HMSA

TIP

Noted: You can batch search the VIN, only need each VIN a row in VIN Filter and click Search.

Search VIN: You can search VIN through these filters.
Allocate VIN: You can click Allocate VIN to allocate VIN to orders.
Allocate Dealer: It help Fleet order allocate dealers. Only for Fleet order
Bulk: You can bulk RES, BND, XDP these vehicles.
Vehicle Movement: This is the function integrated with VDS, you can use them to send instruction to VDS. Such as Move, Move to PDI(Coming Soon), Cancel Movement.
Change:
1. Stock Status: For HMSA, it's a function for admin to manage the vehicle's stock status, you may not need to use it in normal, cause system will change the vehicle stock status automatically.
2. Sales Status: Through this to chanage the vehicle sales status.
3. Location: Change the vehicle location.
Export All: It will let system export all the Vehicle data for you.
